First Hand X-Ray
We love technological advancement and love here. That’s why we’re celebrating both today with a bit of information about the first x-ray image.
Taken by Wilhelm Rontgen, the first ever x-ray was of his wife Bertha’s hand. She didn’t remove her wedding band, thus it showed up on the print. An eternal symbol of love. Possibly. The only problem was Bertha believed seeing the image of her bones was an omen of death, as the story goes. You learn something new every day.
